The Prosthetics Department is one of the largest and busiest areas of the laboratory, specialising in the manufacture of removable and implant-retained prostheses. The team produces complete and partial dentures, chrome frameworks, implant overdentures, repairs, additions, and relines, supporting clinicians with high-quality restorative solutions.

Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern digital workflows, including CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing, the department delivers accurate, aesthetic, and reliable results. A skilled team of technicians works closely with clinicians to ensure every appliance meets the highest standards of fit, function, and patient satisfaction.
